ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Students eligible to get enrolled in this Program are those with the general certificate of secondary education (الثانوية العامة), mathematics section, or equivalent, who have been deployed to the Faculty through the Coordination Office, or transferred from other Faculties, in accordance with the rules and conditions established annually by the Supreme Council of Universities.

The Council of the Faculty of Urban and Regional Planning establishes general rules for admission to the program considering the student preferences and the principle of equal opportunities as the basis for the admission of students.

 GCPD Program can accept transferred student in two cases:

• For fresh students who accepted and registered in other engineering faculties, they can register for GCPD providing an achievement of the program requirements.

• For other students who studied in other engineering faculties, they can transfer to the program after an agreement of the Supreme Council of FRUP and to complete at least 60% of the credit hours of the program at FRUP to graduate.
